Ruhollah Zam is the founder of Amad News (Sedaye Mardom) website and Telegram channel. Amad News had become one of the most well-known and influential Telegram channels. During the early 2018 protests, the channel had more than two million followers. In addition to Mr Zam, his family were also pressured by the security forces.
